Martha will be speaking at two events this month. On May 8, you can find her in Los Angeles at the ASOA ASCRS Annual Congress, sharing the stage with Randy Baldwin, CareCredit VP Industry Marketing. They’ll be presenting “10 Laws You Need to ACE the Customer Experience.”

Attendees will learn how to improve customer service in their ophthalmology practices. Some of the specifics covered will include: how to meet different patients’ needs, building trust through specificity, and best practices for greeting customers. Attendees will walk away with clear next steps and concrete actions to improve customer service immediately at their own practice.

Back home on May 11, Martha will be speaking at the Portland CXPA Luncheon, along with Matthew Selbie of Opiniator, and Sherrie Austin of Maritz. The topic is ‘Showing ROI on Your CX Investment’, and each will share examples of what real clients have been able to achieve by improving the customer experience.
