With an academic background in science and literature, Ryann’s ability to integrate quantitative and qualitative disciplines has proven effective at advancing the Interaction Metrics approach. Prior to Interaction Metrics, Ryann held positions with the French Ministry of Education and with Episciences, Inc.
Martha Brooke There is nothing Martha enjoys more than using research to deliver a better customer experience. Prior to founding Interaction Metrics, Martha worked on both the agency and client sides managing marketing and customer service operations programs. To help business teams create effective customer experience strategies, Martha Brooke regularly conducts top-rated workshops and lectures for conferences including: DMA Teleservices Council, NCOF, CRMA, ACCE and the Northwest Division of the Marketing Research Association.
